Complete Setup

Let Ideon know you've completed sending the data

The final step is to let Ideon know that you've loaded in all of the necessary information and that you'd like Ideon to take it from here!

This will create the work order in the Ideon system, notifying the team to configure the data and send it over to the Carrier for enrollment.

The Operations team will coordinate with the Carrier in case any missing information is needed.

Once the group is live, Ideon will update the Coverage Period at your request (either automatically or after a notification process) and the Group will move to the Member Management phase.

All your system has to do is keep the member and election information in sync with Ideon, and Ideon will deliver that information to the Carrier.
