* **No Minimum:** Any size group accepted

* Short Term Disability (incl. Voluntary)
* Long Term Disability (incl. Voluntary)
* Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment (incl. Voluntary)
* Critical Illness (incl. Voluntary)
* Hospital Indemnity (incl. Voluntary)
* Accident (incl. Voluntary)

**Note**: 

* We currently support four of UHC's separate file intake systems
* Depending on where the products are administered within UnitedHealthcare, *one employer could require 2 file feeds to send all covered products via EDI.*

### Exclusions

* ***At this time, Sierra Health and Harvard Pilgrim groups are not accepted***
