It significantly enhances the data availability information shown currently in PlanWatch. Customers will be able to log in and see exactly where their quote data stands, when it was last updated, and be notified when meaningful changes are made to benefits, rates, or service areas. The Data Availability view shows publishing status at the carrier and issuer level — including whether plans are fully released, partially released, embargoed, in processing, or still being acquired — alongside key data points like current and prior plan year release dates, SBC attachment percentage, and detailed benefit build status. Views are available across products including Medical (IFP and SG), Ancillary, and Level Funded, with filtering options to show only the data each customer is licensed to access. The Data Update Feed surfaces significant data changes that meet a defined threshold of scope and severity — such as rate refiling, benefit updates affecting a large share of plans, or service area changes. Each update includes a summary, the scope of plans and issuers affected, the components updated (benefits, rates, and/or service areas), and a detailed description from Ideon's operations team. Updates are automatically filtered to each customer's licensed products and states. Access to Quote Watch is restricted to employees of licensed IdeonQuote customers. No broker or public access is available. ### UnitedHealthcare Plan Codes Estimated Release: September 2026 UHC is rolling out an update to their plan codes in their B2B small group quoting APIs starting 1/1/2027, affecting ACA fully-insured medical plans. Level Funded, Oxford, and Ancillary are not affected. There are two changes being made; see below for summaries of the changes and how we are minimizing downstream impact. #### Multi-Choice Package Code Removal Multi-choice packages are being removed; all plans will support a single-option plan model. UHC package codes are currently included in Ideon's `identifiers` array, with a `type` of *package\_code*; see the [Grammar Guide section](/quote-and-select/additional-information-and-workflows/benefit-grammar-guides/medical.md#plan-identifiers) for information on plan identifiers. As UHC phases out package codes, they will similarly be not included in Ideon's plan data. #### Plan Code Format Update The plan code format supported in UHC's API is being updated to a longer string. This string is primarily used for plan identification in UHC's API and thus handled as part of Ideon's integration, with no action on the part of Ideon's downstream quoting partners required. * Current: 4-character codes, for example: *EQI2* * Future: plan code strings, for example: *NV\_SB\_2019\_CP-1902--NV P CHC + NG 15/30/500/80 POS 26 EQI2—74222NV0050036-00* While some specifics of how these new plan codes will be surfaced in Ideon's API are dependent on additional testing with UHC's API, we can share the following information at this time. * The identifier with `type` of *contract\_id* will continue to be supported for all plans in the format of *{4-character plan code}-{RX Plan Code}*, for example: *EPAQ-K35S*. The 4-character codes will be parsed out of the longer plan code strings. * Where available, Ideon will include the new, longer plan code string in the `identifiers` array. This will likely have a new `type` associated with it to avoid any breaking any current integrations. * Ideon will use the HIOS IDs included in the new, longer plan code strings in states for which the new codes are available at the beginning of the plan year (for 1/1/2027 quoting, for example). Otherwise, Ideon will continue to generate it's own HIOS IDs for UHC B2B plans, as is consistent with the current process. * For states that have the new plan codes rolled out mid-year, HIOS IDs will not be changed to match the UHC plan codes until the subsequent plan year. For example, a state that has plan codes rolled out on 4/1/2027 will use Ideon's internally generated HIOS ID for plan year 2027. This HIOS ID will not match the one included in UHC's new plan code. For plan year 2028, UHC's HIOS ID will be used. #### Rollout Schedule UHC provided the following schedule for the rollout of these changes on a state by state basis.

### Angle Health Sold Case Submissions Estimated Release: September 2026 Angle - supported for national Level Funded quoting - is investing in API-based automation and workflow enhancements for platform partners and brokers. To that extent, Angle is implementing a standard requirement for use of their Sold Case endpoint for all integrations. To support usage of this workflow, Ideon will be integrating Angle's Sold Case endpoint into the Quote Proposal endpoint ([API docs](https://docs.ideonapi.com/#quote-proposals-quote-proposals-post)). From an end-to-end quote to sold case perspective, the following workflow is expected. 1. The broker initiates the quote through the quoting platform. 2. The quoting platform hits Ideon's API to quote; Ideon processes the quote through Angle's API. 3. The quote is completed and presented back to the broker and group. 4. The broker selects a plan to move forward with and flags it in the quoting platform. 5. The quoting platform hits Ideon's Quote Proposal endpoint with the selected plan; Ideon passes this through to Angle's Sold Case endpoint. A pre-signed URL containing the sold case questionnaire is returned back to the platform. 6. The platform passes the sold case questionnaire (document or URL) back to the broker. 7. The broker completes the form and emails it to Angle. The questionnaire contains complete instructions on how to fill the form and where to send it once complete. An integration guide with technical schema details will be available in the [Angle Level Funded Quoting section](/quote-and-select/quote-groups/level-funded/angle-health.md) soon. ## Select ### Provider TIN and CCN Associations RELEASED: July 24, 2026 Ideon's provider-network dataset will include Tax Identification Numbers (TINs) and CMS Certification Numbers (CCNs) for individual and organizational providers. TINs will allow customers to group facility NPIs under a shared billing entity — a critical link for anyone working with cost transparency data, network adequacy analysis, or payer machine- readable files, where pricing is associated at the TIN level rather than the NPI level. CCNs will complement this by uniquely identifying hospital facilities for Medicare and regulatory purposes. Both data points will be available in Ideon's bulk provider-network files and API. See the [Provider Tax Identifier section](/quote-and-select/flat-file-data-dictionaries/select-provider-network-data/provider-data-dictionary.md#tax-identifiers-tins-and-eins) in the provider-network data dictionary for schema details. ### Data Discrepancy Overrides Estimated Release: End of September 2026 Data overrides will enable Ideon's support to quickly confirm and resolve reported discrepancies, such as provider in- or out-of-network inconsistencies, on a same or next day basis. Currently, triaged discrepancies are typically resolved through the data source, which commonly requires communication through direct carrier relationships and as a result have longer resolution timelines. With data overrides, any confirmed discrepancy will be able to be immediately patched by Ideon's operations team. Root cause investigation and resolution will continue behind the scenes. What does this mean for Select data users? Most reported and confirmed data discrepancies will be able to be resolved same or next day, as opposed to historical timelines which could take days or weeks for resolutions to be completed.
