Automated & Custom Mapping

An example of how Ideon makes group builds easy.

Account structures detail the plan setup information for a group and, depending on the group, they can get pretty complicated. Ideon seeks to simplify the process so that your team doesn't have to worry about the thousands of different carrier identifier permutations each Carrier needs.

To demonstrate how we simplify the process, let's look at a hypothetical example:

Vinny D's Pizzeria with UnitedHealthcare

Vinny D's is a huge business with lots of employees.

They offer Medical, Dental, and Vision to those employees.

Since the business is so large, with many locations and varied employment sources, the account structure is quite large.

Vinny D's offers 10 different types of Medical plans, 4 different Dental plans, and 3 different Vision plans.

There are 10 different classes that Vinny D has broken their employees up into.

In this theoretical example, this results in 200 different plan codes the Carrier needs based on the plan and class elections!

Here is a snippet of the example account structure:

An snippet of an example Account Structure

Ideon's system enables you to simply load in the 10 unique classes, apply them to each subscriber, load in the distinct plans, and associate the coverage with each subscriber and dependent. After that, Ideon handles all of the 200 different codes and combinations that the Carrier needs.

After loading in the group and informing the Ideon team that the group has been loaded, Ideon will configure the group to show the right Carrier identifiers for each member election. These identifiers will be available in the Ideon dashboard to view, but there is no need to manage these combinations or carrier specific identfiers!

The example above is (unfortunately) one of the more simple structures.

Some carriers augment their files with Departments, Bill Groups, Subgroups, or sort members by additional characteristics like Residential State, Time at the company, or earnings amount.

With Ideon, all these carrier complexities are visible, but managed by our technology and team.
